WHO WE ARE

  • Sharon Guptill

    COACH

    Sharon grew up in a pastor’s home, where her passion for church ministry took root at a young age. Since marrying her husband Jay in 1985, the two have served side by side in ministry for over 40 years. In 2015, Sharon was ordained in the Wesleyan Church. She is a Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

    With a heart for encouraging and equipping others, Sharon is deeply committed to helping individuals discover their full potential and reach their goals. Her mission is to inspire, empower, and equip others to flourish—in life, in leadership, and in ministry.

  • Jay Guptill

    COUNSELLOR

    Jay has served in full time ministry since 1985, in Canada and the United States. He obtained his Masters in Counselling from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2001. Jay is a Licensed Counselling Therapist (LCT) with the College of Registered Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick (CCTNB). He is also a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.

    Jay loves to come alongside ministry leaders to offer support and help resolve problems that keep them from their full potential in life and ministry.
